A couple months ago my photoblog that I ran under michaelbehlen.com was taken down due to various reasons, and this got me thinking. With that alias domain name lost, I could start a new photoblog and bounce back, but in a different direction. Recently I bought the domain name “astallascliffs.com”. It’s a name of a great song that tells a vague story that leads to multiple conclusions. This is something I wanted to experiment with so I have been photographing subjects from different distances and angles to see how different they can look.
